World DotA Championship just came to its conclusion and with a worthy Champion. Nirvana.CN bested the newly formed Deity 2:0 to take the crown of Wuhan.
Before the final showdown between the two top teams commenced, DTS took on Aeon.MuFc, as a reputable malaysian team for the third place play-off. An epic comeback by the Ukrainians. They won the match and crowned the third place.

The Grand Final emerged, as a rather one-sided affair, especially in game one, where Nirvana.Cherry.CN opted for a nuke- and disable-heavy draft and upstaged Deity convincingly. The concluding game two proceeded not as single-edged, but featured more turnarounds and a better early game phase for Deity. 186 and Ferrari dominated on top, by keeping Banana in his place and demolished both lane towers quickly. Successful team-fights for Nirvana turned the game around however and enabled them to gain back control. It took a few pushing attempts, but Nirvana.CN manage to become the number one team in the tournament. Congratulation NIRVANA.CN !!!
The overall amount of trophy money is 200.000 RMB (~ €21,600) and will be split into
1st Place : Nirvana.cn 100,000 RMB (€10,800)
2nd Place : Deity 50,000 RMB (€5,400)
3rd Place : DTS 30,000 RMB (€3,250)
4th Place : Aeon.MuFc 20,000 RMB (€2,150)
